Welcome to Algotradium (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, and any related applications (collectively, the “Services”), you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform, including users of our free services, paid subscribers, marketplace participants, and bot operators.
Our Platform provides a comprehensive backtesting environment where users can:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We offer tiered subscription plans (including Basic and Pro) that unlock additional features, primarily signal generator bot capabilities. Current plan features and pricing are displayed on our Platform and subject to change with reasonable notice.
All payments for subscriptions and marketplace purchases are processed exclusively in cryptocurrency. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

If you upgrade from a lower-tier plan (e.g., Basic to Pro), the remaining days on your existing Basic plan will NOT carry over or be credited toward your new Pro subscription. Upon upgrading, your new plan term begins immediately, and any unused time on your previous plan is forfeited.
Marketplace purchases are non-refundable except in the specific circumstance outlined below:
Refund Exception: Refunds may only be issued if a strategy listed in the marketplace contains a material error or misrepresentation that is directly attributable to our Platform’s fault (e.g., incorrect listing information posted by us, Platform technical error in strategy delivery). In such cases:
Refunds will NOT be issued for: Buyer’s remorse, strategies that do not perform as expected, misunderstanding of strategy functionality, failure to read the /learn page, or failure to understand the distinction between open and locked strategies.
Our marketplace offers two distinct types of strategies. You MUST read and understand the detailed explanations on our /learn page before making any marketplace purchase. The following is a summary:
By purchasing a locked strategy, you acknowledge that you will not have access to view or edit the strategy code or setup, and you accept this limitation.
Users who list strategies for sale in the marketplace retain ownership of their intellectual property, grant the Platform a license to display and deliver the strategy to purchasers, must accurately represent their strategy (open/locked status, functionality, parameters), and agree to the Platform’s commission or fee structure as displayed at the time of listing.
Strategies listed in the marketplace are user-generated or platform-provided tools. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All trading involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.
Signal generator bots are available to Basic and Pro subscribers. These bots generate buy/sell signals based on configured strategies and deliver notifications to users.
Signal generator bots provide automated notifications based on strategy parameters. You acknowledge that:
Paper trading is available for simulation purposes only. Results achieved in paper trading do not guarantee similar results in live trading. Market conditions, execution speeds, liquidity, and other factors differ between simulated and real trading environments.
You agree not to:
The Platform, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Users retain ownership of strategies they create. By listing a strategy on the marketplace or making it available on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and deliver your strategy in connection with operating the Platform.
Locked strategies contain proprietary code or configurations. You agree not to attempt to access, view, copy, or derive the underlying code of locked strategies through any means, including but not limited to reverse engineering, decompilation, or unauthorized access methods.
TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL INVESTORS. You acknowledge and accept that: trading in financial markets carries significant risk; you may lose some or all of your invested capital; past performance does not indicate future results; backtesting results do not guarantee live trading outcomes. The Platform provides tools only; you retain full responsibility for all trading decisions. We are not responsible for any financial losses you incur.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free; strategies will perform as backtested; signals will be accurate or timely; marketplace strategies are profitable or suitable for any purpose.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third‑party rights, your trading activities, and content you submit or list on the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice; remove any content or listings that violate these Terms; discontinue the Platform or any features at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts, except as specifically provided in Section 4.5.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland / Zug. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Zug, Switzerland, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
